Leaders in Child Psychology

For over twenty years, RMPS has developed a reputation as a leader in the field of pediatric psychologist services in the Calgary area. We have also expanded our scope to include psychology services to families and adults. We now provide both in-person sessions at our clinic in downtown Calgary as well as remote telepsychology services across Alberta. Rocky Mountain Psychological Services (RMPS) is dedicated to helping children and teens work through any issues they have towards becoming self-confident, successful young adults.
Our goal is to provide one-stop wrap around psychology services so that our clients can get their needs met in one place. For this reason, we offer:

  • Specialized Assessments (cognitive, academic, social/emotional) including assessments for learning disabilities, gifted, ADHD, and Autism.
  • Play Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy
  • Talk Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Neurofeedback Therapy
  • ADHD coaching/Executive Skills Coaching

OUR PROCESS
At RMPS, we have a three-step process to help to ensure our clients achieve the goals and outcomes they are seeking.
First, we start with ASSESSMENT. In this stage of the process, your psychologist will meet with you to find out more about the specific reasons you sought psychological services, assess the best approach for addressing the issues that brought you to RMPS, and create a plan.

Second, we IMPLEMENT the plan.
Third, we share RESULTS.
