MELTDOWN MASTERS

Virtual Psychoeducational
Parenting Group

For parents looking to improve their
abilities to support their children (ages 6-
10) in times of emotional distress – the
dreaded “meltdowns” or “tantrums”.
Taking an attachment perspective,
parents will explore and understand the
role of connection in supporting their
child during emotionally challenging
times. Practical take-home strategies will
also be provided, based on current
developmental, neuroscientific and
polyvagal theory research.
