Teen Therapy Group

Who Am I? Encounters with the self…

Do you enjoy talking about topics about self-identity? Do you enjoy topics on personal growth and wellness? Gaining self-insight and awareness? Self-empowerment? The human experience?

Join us for 6 weeks (every Saturday) for an integrated art and drama approach to learning more about yourself, the world around you and how to find a sense of purpose and belonging within it.

Ages: 13-17
Dates: February 25th to April 1st, 2023. (Saturdays)
Time: 10am-11:30am
Location: Rocky Mountain Psychological Services
Facilitators: Natalie Connors, Registered Provisional Psychologist, and Counselling Intern, Adelina Fabiano
Cost: $700 (*may be covered by extended health benefits – check with your insurance provider)

Social Skills Group

Helping children improve social interactions at home, with friends and family, at school, and in the community. Small group learning with individualized goals and written evaluation.

Meltdown Masters

Parenting Group

For parents looking to improve their abilities to support their children (ages 6- 10) in times of emotional distress – the dreaded “meltdowns” or “tantrums”.Taking an attachment perspective, parents will explore and understand the role of connection in supporting their child during emotionally challenging times. Practical take-home strategies will also be provided, based on current developmental, neuroscientific and polyvagal theory research.
